Colosians 1:6
All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understood God's grace in all its truth.
- Having grace is not an emotion it is a person.
- Here Paul says that as people meet and understand (get to know) the grace of God, that is Jesus Christ in all his truth they bear fruit and grow.
- Is your Christianity based on and focused on getting to know Christ, or is it mere religion for the sake of religion?
Prayer: Jesus Christ, this really is Gospel or Good News to my soul: I can grow as I get to know You better in all your truth. Please reveal yourself to me even more and please cause me to bear your fruit in my life. Amen
