- It is this power of money that we need to be aware of. What can money get you that will bring real fulfilment, satisfaction or approval? (Try this - make a list).
- Loving Jesus Christ is the only antidote to this kind of love for the things money is supposed to get you. But how do I get to love Jesus more?
- Go to the cross - hear those cries on Calvary as the Son of God is crucified and dies for you on the cross. What's worth more? Money or the His undying love?
Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, help me to understand the immense cost you paid in order to get me. As I see your love for me - please push my desire for more money out of my heart as I trust and rest in your love for me. Amen
